6. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and thick
7. Pause to scrape down sides and adjust consistency with milk or ice cubes
8. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as needed
9. Pour into chilled bowl and swirl surface with spatula
10. Top with granola pecans chia seeds coconut flakes and a drizzle of nut butter
