2. Fold in cottage cheese gently, leaving small curds for texture.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually stir into the wet ingredients until just combined.
4. Fold in blueberries, coating frozen berries with flour if used to prevent bleeding.
5. For stovetop: heat a nonstick skillet on medium-low, lightly grease, drop tablespoonfuls of batter, and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
