1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
2. Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating rolls
3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls
4. Layer half of the cheese slices over the cream cheese, then the deli ham, then remaining cheese
5. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling and press down lightly
6. Combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds
7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls
8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes
9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and crispy
10. Let sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving
