Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Wash and spin dry the mixed greens.

    2. Peel and slice the oranges and grapefruit into rounds or half-moons.

    3. Slice the avocado and set aside to prevent browning.

    4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
